Part of Melbourne's monument to the labor movement that won the 8 hour work day in the State of Victoria, Australia. The orb has "labor" written on it, and the three 8s stand for 8 hours of work, 8 hours of recreation, and 8 hours of rest. This is near the Victoria Trades Hall, one of my favorite places in Melbourne.
